Buru Energy AGM in Perth
Description
Buru Energy are a small Perth-based oil and gas company trying to be the first company to exploit the Kimberley's Canning Basin by fracking.
Buru Energy's AGM is coming up on April 28th in Perth City, and we'd love you to join us in calling on their last big international investor Mitsubishi to divest from this risky industry.
Meet: 10am sharp (AGM starts at 10.30am)
Location: 250 St. Georges Terrace, Perth City
Wear: Business attire, we'll all be looking sharp
Last year Alcoa pulled out, taking with them $40 million which Buru have had to pay them back.
This year, we are calling on Mitsubishi (Diamond resources) to follow suit and pull out of this risky investment which threatens the land and water of one of the last wilderness areas left on earth.
Join the growing community calling for a frack free future in WA, by joining us on the day.
